Scott Adams
President
Scott brings decades of experience in banking and real estate investing. He is a graduate of Brooks School and Denison University. After college he spent four years in the Marine Corps. He then began his professional career at Bank of New England and Shawmut Bank, where he received formal credit training and ultimately became Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Lending.
In 1996, he ventured into real estate investing. During this time, he acquired, developed, and operated gas stations across Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire before successfully exiting in 2002.
Scott also serves as President of Northborough Holdings, Inc., a commercial lending, note purchasing, and real estate holding company established in 1996.
With extensive expertise in credit analysis, accounting, and real estate investment, Scott is a highly respected figure in the New England lending market. His passion for helping other investors succeed and his commitment to providing a powerful alternative to conventional commercial lending has helped foster a win-win relationship for he and his customers.
Eli Adams
Managing Director
Eli is the Managing Director at Adams Equity Partners, where he focuses on originating new business and ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout the lending process. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Eli began his career at The Providence Group, a real estate development firm. During his tenure, he gained extensive experience in property management, leasing, underwriting, and asset management, contributing to the firm’s rapid growth.
He is a licensed real estate salesperson with a strong track record representing buyers and sellers in complex commercial and residential transactions.
Eli is also a member of the Rhode Island Real Estate Investors Group and mentors with Big Brothers Big Sisters. He resides in Marshfield, Massachusetts.
